Business and Accounting Business Start-up Guide Extract

Step Three – Develop your Brand.

Choosing the company name and developing its brand will be a key consideration when forming your business. The company name will be the initial thing potential customers know about your business, the branding around the name will need to be appealing to customers to entice them to do business with you. It is therefore very important that the initial interaction with any potential customer sets the correct tone and has the effect that you want a customer to feel.

The whole company name, branding and logo should be consistent and can be included on all your bookkeeping and accounting activities such as invoicing. This will enable your stamp on the company to shine through to give customers a clear understanding of what you company is all about, its personality, what your company represents and an assurance of good customer service.
