Capital Gains Tax - changes on payment times

New rules from the 6th April 2020 means that Capital Gains Tax that becomes due on the disposal of residential properties will now be payable within 30 days of the completion date. The current rules means that there can be delays of up to 22 months between the capital gain and paying the capital gains due this is something the HMRC wants to reduce.
